Process Engineer 47056


Designing production equipment to the component level and turning it over to machine and fabrication shops for production;
Setting up new equipment, performing qualification, ensuring satisfactory operation, and training others to use the new equipment properly;
Reviewing and monitoring manufacturing process for cost effectiveness, developing solutions to problems relating to materials, equipment, and operators;
Developing new process, methods, and production controls;
Writing procedures for the operation of new or existing equipment;
Investigating new manufacturing technology and equipment;
Supervising construction of plant expansions or alterations including layouts and coordination of outside contractors;
Coordinating the company safety efforts with regulatory agencies;
Preparing and reconciling the departmental budget.

Education: 4-year degree required: Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.

Required Skills:
Three or more years of process engineering experience in a milling/food grade manufacturing facility;
Experience working with powders using pneumatic, airlock systems, conveyors, pressurized reaction vessels, spray dry equipment, Rotex Screens, Bag House, etc.;
Food Safety experience;
Strong analytic, presentation, communication, and written report skills;
Ability to efficiently integrate existing methods with new innovations to economically solve production problems in a timely manner;
Strong CAD skills required for design and layout projects.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
