Responsibilities:
Cultivate client relationships through exceptional customer service and account management.
Mentor and train team members to foster a culture of excellence.
Manage budgets effectively and execute advertising strategies both inside and outside the company.
Meet sales quotas while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Demonstrate strong leadership within the assigned territory, communicating effectively with sales team members and attending relevant meetings and seminars.
Drive food and beverage sales by leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor contract compliance and address any issues promptly to maintain strong partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years of management experience.
Sales experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy objects.
Customer service, training, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Residency in or near Marion, IL.
