As a Utility Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by operating machinery, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to upholding our quality standards.
This position is cross-trained on ALL equipment, and is a VITAL member of the Production Team.

Responsibilities:
Operate various machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following standard operating procedures.
Monitor production processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, including basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading materials and supplies.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and promptly report any deviations or issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing waste and debris.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects when required.
