Responsibilities include:
Make our customers look and feel great! Assist customers with knowledge, empathy, and sincerity by directing them to products that fit their personal needs by explaining the products benefits.
Attract new clients.
Build strong relationships with new clients for return visits.
Create an amazing experience for all clients through great service.
Attend all training and development opportunities both local and out of town.
Understand that your contribution to the team sales will affect the over all success of the team as weel as your personal goals.
Qulifications:
Goal oriented High Energy person comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers both in and out of your assigned department Strong selling skills FUN, POSITIVE, AND OUTGOING PERSONALITY Willingness to learn from fellow team members as well as from store tools available to each associate.
Willingness to make cold calls to promote products and events This job is retail and weekends are required.
