Aaron's is the leader in helping customers achieve ownership of brand-name furniture, appliances and electronics through flexible lease purchase agreements.
In this position, you will make sales within the store and market outside the store in the surrounding community.
Your focus will be on the acquisition of new customers and providing excellent service to our existing customers.
Successful candidates need good communication and organizational skills and a positive attitude and willingness to help out in all areas of the store.
Attention to detail and good computer skills are also required.
The position earns both competitive hourly wages, sales commissions in every pay period and has the opportunity for bonuses based on the store performance.
We expect that the compensation for this position will be highly influenced by sales performance.
The position is scheduled for a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, so you get a real weekend off each week! Changes to schedule could occur on a need-basis or as the calendar dictates.
