In this role, the primary responsibility will be to serve as a direct ambassador of the company regarding service properties within our network while providing administrative support as necessary to our Marketing Team.
This position will be responsible for local coordination of internal & external Marketing events for Wisper with professionalism, efficiency, and energy.
This coordinatory will primarily cover the Marion/Carbondale, IL territory (within an hour drive).
Pay:
$19 hourly Hours:
Mon-Fri 8AM to 4:
30PM with flexibility for after hours as dictated by business needs Overnight Travel:
10% (includes daily meal per diem and use of company vehicle) Essential Job Functions Maintain marketing material & promotional item inventory Act as the local brand ambassador for Wisper, bringing the unique knowledge of their area to the Marketing Team Serve as 'Boots on the Ground' brand promotion (door hangers, yard signs, local events & initiatives) Work with a team of dedicated individuals to further Wisper's visibility & brand recognition Bring creativity & energy around Wisper's goals while utilizing a marketing mindset to achieve Responsible for vendor management & correspondence Responsible for Customer Retention Campaigns Communicate current & upcoming marketing campaigns within the Wisper network Assist in designing advertising campaigns including newspaper ads, direct mail, & email Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising Assist in maintaining company website Assist in the development of the marketing strategy Assist in coordination of external & internal events Location representative on internal Culture Committee Other duties as directed Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1
year of Marketing experience Valid Driver's License Ability to be added to Company vehicle insurance Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future Desired Skills & Competencies Attention to detail with a high level of organization Ability to prioritize, organize & handle multiple tasks Proactive in nature with ability to work with minimal supervision Resourceful & highly adaptive personality Proactive problem-solver with capability of making independent decisions Regular & predictable attendance Ability to present self in a professional & courteous manner at all times Excellent oral & written communication skills with a focus on professional & courteous delivery Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, & message systems Working Conditions Fast-paced environment with multiple changes to schedules & fluctuating priorities Work is performed 75% out in the field participating in various meetings, events, conferences, and gatherings indoors & outdoors Administrative work is performed inside an office at a desk.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
