The team leader will be the contact point for all team members, and act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
The team leader will set a good example and engage the team to achieve practice goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage staffing in collaboration with Human Resources Maintain medical and staff records Liaise with doctors and administration to improve the overall patient experience and enhance efficiency Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards Provide formal feedback to staff in the quarterly and annual evaluation process Set clear individual and team goals Delegate tasks and set deadlines Discover training needs and provide coaching Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments Organize team building activities in conjunction with administration Ensure efficient and economical performance in accordance with operating budgets, year-end goals and objectives Skills:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Excellent communication and time management skills Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles Knowledge of medical issues, terminology, and privacy standards Excellent organizational and project management skills Prior experience as a medical office manager is required Excellent Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Aflac, Health Clinic, Vacation PTO - Day 1 of Employment Paid Holidays Family friendly atmosphere Salary is commiserate with experience.
