TCT Ministries is experiencing unprecedented growth and is in need of a Manager for our Partner Relations Department.
This department is the starting point for TCT Network viewers.
Viewers write, email, or call when they need assistance with network-related questions or prayer.
This full-time position will oversee the department and ensure all outgoing responses and communications meet ministry standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Strong familiarity with the Bible, grammatical knowledge, and management experience are also strengths the right candidate will possess.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a similar field preferred.
Previous management experience is required.
Experience utilizing Office 365 programs such as Word and Excel along with familiarity with email, web-based platforms, and databases such as SharePoint.
Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM.
Proven gift of writing with a strong knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation rules.
Must have a heart for ministry and the ability to professionally and comfortably interact with viewers.
SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the knowledge of how to tailor various communications for maximum impact to the intended audience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to review written documents for grammatical and substantive accuracy.
Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency within a deadline-oriented fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents, reports, and proposals.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities and progress of the Partner Relations Department.
Responsible for learning the processes of the department and ensuring that the department is following the processes correctly.
Responsible for processing all incoming correspondence from viewers and distributing it to the Partner Relations Assistants for processing.
Responsible for learning the way in which TCT addresses a particular issue.
Responsible for proofreading all outgoing correspondence and ensuring all viewer needs are addressed.
Responsible for becoming familiar with all Partner Relations resources and will update as needed.
Responsible for utilizing the Donor Perfect Database for researching partner records and training Partner Relations Assistants on any software procedures.
Responsible for knowing the responsibilities of TCT staff members to gather information about a particular issue such as programming, engineering issues, etc.
Responsible for proper record keeping of the department.
Responsible for adhering to our response protocols and not being involved in any counseling activities with viewers.
Responsible for hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating employees in conjunction with the supervisor.
Responsible for maintaining a manner consistent with the ministry's high moral and ethical standards.
Responsible for any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
