The service advisor is responsible for assisting our customers with their service needs.
Whether it be routine maintenance or a more in-depth repair, they are the first line in assisting our customers and providing them with a great experience in the service department.
The position entails setting appointments for service, checking in customers when they arrive, and communicating with our customers on service and repairs being performed.
The service advisor is also responsible for recommending any further repairs or maintenance items needed.
Will train the right person.
