Timberline is seking an individual with excellent customer service skills.
This person will greet and acknowledge customers in a positive and informative manner.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about our products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Guides customers through their order process and verifies accuracy Becomes well-versed in all aspects of customer service and communicates care procedures in a friendly, positive, and informative manner Works with customers to resolve product issues and replacement of product, if necessary Complete random quality and quantity checks on packages Requirements of the job:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
