com We are adding to our team.
Our service advisor role greets/checks-in customers and coordinates automotive maintenance and repairs of the customers vehicle.
They present vehicle maintenance and repair needs to the customer, as communicated by the service technician, following a diagnosis and/or a multi-point inspection, The service advisor also provides written estimates, carefully detailing fees for parts/products/ time/and labor.
In addition, our Service Advisor will take customer service calls, provide assistance and/or schedules appointments.
They also provide final invoicing and collect the customers payment, while ensuring the delivery of the vehicle back to the customer.
Our Advisors process an average of 450
vehicle service work orders per month.
This includes customer vehicles (Express & Repair) plus dealership in-coming vehicles.

Commission /Bonuses( - No Cap on commissions) $45,000 to $60, 000

High School Diploma Good on Computer, including software & website platforms.
(Will train on Marion Subaru specific platforms but must know how to navigate and access multiple platforms at a time).

Must be able to handle multiple customers at a time and still be thorough with each customer.
Ability to follow a process /procedure and utilized all tools (once trained).
