The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
