Successful Manager's in Training are independent yet collaborative, gets things done, and puts daily focus on developing their leadership and coaching skills.
A day in the life of a Manager in Training varies, but regular activities include:
Putting focus on sales floor and retention activities; Support employee engagement and motivation activities; Ensuring the store merchandise, displays, and electronics are rotated, clean, attractive, and organized; Assist with sales activities and customer retention efforts as needed; Assist the Store Manager in daily activities as needed.
