We are looking to fill positions in the Quality Control Department at our Marion IL.

Job Duties Perform 5-step sanitation on all fillers, carbo-coolers, proportions and rinse twist units once each week and prior to each scheduled juice run.
Perform external sanitation on all equipment in filler room, line covers, conveyors, carbo-coolers, and fillers, as well as walls and floors, each shift when 5-step internal sanitation is not being required.
Fog filler room at end of each week with Spartec Quatenary Ammonia.
Apply Spartec to each drain in filler room and batching room at end of each week.
High pressure clean walls and supply lines in batching room once every 2 weeks.
Perform tests to assure strengths of both cleaners and sanitizers are at required levels.
Record test results.
Keep and maintain accurate records of all important tasks performed in Sanitation Department for future reference.

Able to be on your feet and moving during a scheduled shift Work without direct supervision Communicate effectively with management and team Pay attention closely to details Be able to lift 25 to 50lbs Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
Be able to pass a drug screening and background check
