This is a full-time position and tasks include maintaining the Ministry's website.

QUALIFICATIONS Training in the Information Technology field.
Background working in and maintaining a Windows environment.
Ability to troubleshoot client issues with a systematic approach.
Experience updating Word Press websites.
Ability to maintain a Video on Demand environment.
Photo editing skills utilizing Adobe PhotoShop.
Compose website and video platform analytics.
Beta test and provide feedback to external application programmers.
Ability to provide excellent remote support to end users.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Experience supporting Microsoft Share Point in the cloud.
SKILLS Adapt to and pick up new technologies.
Stay on trend with streaming video technologies.
Communicate effectively with management and the end user.
Complete projects without interrupting the day-to-day business.
Research and find answers to complex issues.
Ability to deliver the vision handed down from management.
Can work both independently and collaboratively with other departments.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency within a deadline-oriented fast paced team environment and juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
A proactive approach to learning new tasks/training.
RESPONSIBILITIES Administer a Video on Demandlive streaming environment.
Day-to-day website administration.
Provide website and Video on Demandlive streaming analytics.
Office 365 client-side support.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the network and computer systems.
Proactively maintaining workstation-type systems on the network.
Completing projects in a timely manner, even working overtime when necessary.
Working with vendors to resolve issues and implement new technologies.
Educate employees and volunteers in the use of computers and applications.
Report the progress of assignments daily to the Vice President of IT.
Any other duties as assigned by the Vice President of IT.
